Community
The AEP Google Group is where:
- we send you the latest news and tips
– you can ask questions and learn from other AEP artists through a private forum
Click on the link above and login to the Google Group to see conversations. This is the best place to pose a question to the community for collective feedback. You can also ask a question or contribute to the conversation directly from your email by simply e-mailing your message to: aep-groupchat@googlegroups.com.
Have another member of your organization you’d like to include in the AEP Google group so that they can learn alongside you? Send Jeremy their name and email address and they will be added to the group.
Webinars
Learning Webinars take place every Friday from 1-2 pm EST.
Attend one of our weekly Learning Webinars which cover topics from Getting Started to helpful tips on using AEP to reach your fans. See the calendar below for webinar topics.
As a member of AEP you will receive weekly invitations with instructions on how to join the webinar.

Give Feedback / Get Help (Ideas, Questions, Praise, Suggestions, Bugs, etc.)
Have something you are trying to do? Want to help shape AEP to serve you and others? Click on the feedback tab (located on the middle of the right side of every page on AEP) to ask a question, share ideas, report a bug, give praise or make a suggestion. You’ll be able to see the questions of other users, which might answer your question, and AEP representatives will respond to your message. This is also the best way to report a question and get direct personal technical assistance.
